By HISD Nutrition Services will continue to provide breakfast and lunch service through the School Breakfast Program (SBP) and National School Lunch Program (NSLP) for the 2024-2025 school year.
Most HISD students will have the opportunity to receive school breakfast and lunch meals at no charge.
Students attending the following schools must complete the Free/Reduced Price Meal Application to receive meals based on their individual eligibility status:
- Kinder High School for Performing and Visual Arts
- Horn Elementary
- Travis Elementary
- Oak Forest Elementary
- River Oaks Elementary
- West University Elementary
- Roberts Elementary
Parents/guardians from the schools listed above can complete the application at https://schoolcafe.com/HoustonISD. The evaluation will identify each student as Free, Reduced, or Paid for all meals consumed. Student eligibility status is kept confidential.
