By Houston Independent School District (HISD) principals are expressing strong support for the district’s progress, according to a recent fall Culture Survey. The results highlight HISD’s commitment to fostering an environment where school leaders can thrive, improve their coaching skills, and make a meaningful impact on students and the community.
A remarkable 96% of principals surveyed said they would recommend HISD as a district that prioritizes students first. This feedback underscores the positive strides HISD has made in cultivating a culture focused on growth, collaboration, and student success.
