Bond Plans For New Buildings For A Co-Location Campus In Wheatley Feeder

Houston ISD’s bond plan includes building a co-location campus for Fleming Middle School and Isaacs Elementary.

Both facilities have low enrollment and are not projected to grow in the future, and the district has identified deficiencies at each campus.

The details for each campus’s planned repairs and rebuilds are as follows:

Fleming Middle School –

Estimated cost of $149,960,000
Full rebuild and expansion, safety and security upgrades, HVAC improvements, lead abatement
Located at 4910 Collingsworth St.

Isaacs Elementary School –

Estimated cost of $2,700,000
Move students to co-locate at new combined Fleming MS campus, safety and security upgrades, HVAC improvements
Located at 3830 Pickfair St.
