Sophia, a three-time UIL cross-country state qualifier, has achieved a historic milestone as HISD’s first-ever two-time Athlete of the Month. Her dedication, resilience, and stellar performances have made her a standout both on and off the field.
As an accomplished athlete, Sophia’s journey reflects her hard work and passion for cross country.
“It feels pretty crazy, I don’t really get a chance to think about it,” Sophie continued. “This year I had a better mindset and I am hoping that next year I can make it my best.”
